Many active companies today are not in the business that they

originally started in – they have sometimes radically changed the

way they operate, the markets they serve, and sometimes even the

products they deliver.

 

My challenge was to research the history of a specific company or

organization, and identify first their original business model, and then

any subsequent changes to their business, over time.

 

The company I decided to research was Nintendo and I had to create a 5 min timeline video where I had to answer:

 

-What the company does today

- What the company originally started out as

- When they changed or pivoted their business

- Reasons why these changes occurred.

 

The style of the video was a stop motion animation with the elements and characters were hand painted 3D printed tiles.
